The location is excellent, right within the Central Street scenic area and very close to the subway station. The Hongzhuan Morning Market is right next door, which was super convenient for grabbing breakfast every day. Service: The staff were all very attentive and helpful. Facilities: They even have robots that deliver meals!"
Harbin Junyi Hotel (Central Street Sofia Church)
"Every week, I take my kids to a hotel for a relaxing getaway. This week, I chose a hotel with a small courtyard, right next to Central Avenue. The location is absolutely superb – it's directly behind Central Mall. You can walk out of the hotel and be on Central Avenue in just 2 minutes. There are parking spaces available right in front of the hotel; just contact the front desk in advance to reserve one. The service was excellent and very thoughtful; every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. The food was also fantastic. Dinner offered a rich variety of choices, and the afternoon tea was refreshing, delightful, and relaxing. In the evenings, they even served late-night wontons and brought fruit and snacks to the room. The room facilities were complete, and everything was clean, with great soundproofing. I booked a family room, which came with various amenities and toys for children. It was a very satisfying stay, especially the small courtyard – it was so comfortable!"
Novotel Harbin Zhongyang Street
"This hotel is right next to St. Sophia Cathedral and across from the Daoli Market, making the area very lively. The hotel lobby is on the 6th floor, while the rooms are located between the 16th and 22nd floors. The elevators are a bit slow and small. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and I was satisfied with both the facilities and cleanliness. The service was also very friendly, and the breakfast buffet in the restaurant offered a wide selection. My only wish is that all the dishes were hot, as some were cold."

Xia Nana's Homestay (Shangzhi Hutong)
"The room is clean and hygienic"

Shangri-La Harbin
"Great location, beautiful views, and I even got a room upgrade!"
MaxX Hotel Central Avenue Harbin
"The hotel's location is great, very close to Central Avenue. The room size is appropriate, but the decor is a bit plain and the bedding is just okay. There's no parking right in front of the hotel; on the first day, the driver had to stop in the middle of the road to drop us off because he said you can't pull over, which made getting in and out inconvenient."
Rezen Dong Hotel (Long Ta International Convention and Exhibition Center Subway Station Branch)
"Among hotels in the same price range, this one is truly a winner! The price is affordable, but the service and ambiance are top-notch. The room was much larger than I expected and even had a quiet mini-fridge, which was very convenient. Transportation is also convenient; it's only a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The value for money is off the charts, and I've already recommended it to my friends who are visiting!"
Shangri-La Songbei, Harbin
A hotel on the banks of the Songhua River in Songbei with an infinity pool, a CHI Spa, and a shuttle to the Ice Festival—in summer, just a stone's throw from Sun Island.
Wanda Realm Harbin
"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"
JJ HOTEL
"The location is so near food and attractions! Really glad I booked this hotel. You can directly see songhua river and join in the snow and ice carnival! It is also a short 10-15mins walk to the songhua river Bridge, and 2 mins walk to Wanda plaza. I would book here again if I am going harbin again."
Rezen Huasheng Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Flood Control Memorial Tower)
"The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely and cozy親子 (parent-child themed) decor that my kids absolutely adored. The bedding was comfortable, and the facilities felt very safe. The service was thoughtful, and the breakfast was perfect for children. The location was convenient for getting around. Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay!"
Rich Hotel
"Compared to the cheap, trendy, fast-food standard rooms near Central Street that cost just 600-700 RMB per room, the family rooms here are truly top-notch! And the amenities are on par with many five-star hotels! They'll definitely be my top choice next time I visit!"
Yiyuan Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Pedestrian Street Zhuozhan)
"1. I checked into Yiyuan Hotel on the 26th and booked a room for four days, checking out on the 30th. After check-in, the front desk clerk only gave me the room card. When I went upstairs, I realized I didn't have my ID. I went downstairs to get it from her, and she didn't even apologize. 2. The next day, I was out all day. When I came back at night, my room card wouldn't open the door. I went downstairs to ask the front desk clerk, and she said the card needed to be swiped daily. I booked for four days, so why do I need to swipe it every day? Why didn't they tell me about this daily swipe when I checked in? I was exhausted after a whole day out and had to go back downstairs. 3. I usually don't pay a deposit when booking hotels through Ctrip, but this one charged a 100 deposit. 4. My room wasn't cleaned daily. I had to ask them to clean it, and on the 28th, I had to ask twice before they came. 5. The bathroom fan wasn't working well, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor that wouldn't go away. 6. The room card couldn't be used to operate the elevator. Every time I came back or went downstairs to pick up takeout, I had to ask a staff member to swipe the elevator for me, which was extremely inconvenient. Every time I thanked the staff, but they never responded. 7. The hotel is listed as 'Zhuozhan Branch, Central Avenue' but it's actually three bus stops away from Central Avenue and then a further 900-meter walk. This is purely misleading to customers. I suggest that Ctrip platform strengthen its review process for such listings."
Duolanda V Hotel (Harbin Central Street )
"The room was pretty good, the facilities were nice, and it was clean. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the environment was also good."

Plan Around Local Festivals
